Meet Anna Aaron, Intern
Hi, my name is Ana, and I am a student intern pursuing my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Campbellsville University. I am passionate about helping others feel heard, supported, and understood. I believe that with the right support and tools, everyone has the ability to grow and create meaningful change in their lives.
My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can feel safe being your authentic self as we explore your experiences, struggles, strengths, and relationships. My hope is to meet you where you are, listen with compassion, and walk alongside you as you work toward growth and greater well-being.
“Trust yourself. You’ve survived a lot and you’ll survive whatever is coming.”
— Robert Tew
My Approach
My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic techniques that help incorporate body awareness, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness. I believe mental health is deeply connected to our bodies, and developing awareness of how we experience emotions, stress, and relationships physically can be an important additional part of healing and growth.
